Vanessa Hollingshead is one of the most brilliant, raw and legendary comics you've ever seen. She's performed all over the world and was touted as among 'Fifty of the Funniest Women Alive' by Oxygen. You may know Vanessa Hollingshead from her episode on Marc Maron’s WTF Podcast, or from the groundbreaking Showtime Special, Funny Women of a Certain Age, hosted by Fran Drescher, or from her own Comedy Central Special. The second she hits the stage, it's clear Vanessa has an insatiable love of entertaining. Instinctively, she knows how to connect with an audience. She’ll talk to them, joke with them, sing to them, or do an array of characters right off the cuff. That "need" to entertain is partly how she grew up, as the daughter of two hippy parents. Her Dad was closer to Timothy Leary than he was to her. Long story short - she was a natural-born comic and storyteller. Vanessa's Drybar Comedy Special will be out in 2024.
